Daddy got our pool ready Memorial Day weekend but we weren't able to go "swimming" in it until the next weekend (the first weekend in June). We waited until late afternoon to get in it--you were taking a nap so as soon as you woke up, I got you lathered in sunscreen and changed you into your swim trunks. You weren't too sure of the water--I think probably because you weren't completely awake yet. We only stayed in for 30 minutes or so...you started chattering so we dried everybody off and went in. Since then, though, we have gotten in several times and you LOVE it!!! You splash and don't mind being splashed (or getting water in your face). You don't mind riding in the "boat" (as Harlee calls it), but you would rather be carried by me--I guess it gives you more freedom to move around. You are absolutely fearless of the water and try as hard as you can to put your face in! This summer is going to be so much fun with you guys in the pool!!
These pictures were taken during your first time in. I guess you wore yourself out because as soon as I put you in your crib that night, you were out!
