Playing the Shadow...

...it's only natural that whatever fun activities Harlee gets to do, you do as well so in essence, you're kind of her shadow, which by the way, she loves!! Now that the weather is so sunny & warm, we're getting to have fun with some of her friends on playdates. We've been to Hinson Park a couple of times already and even went to Noah's house for a playdate. These pictures were taken on our first trip to the park, March 6th.  You're coming around slowly on the swings--you still don't like to sit in the infant swing but you will swing if you're sitting on my lap.  You even climbed up the steps and went down the slide all by yourself with no help from anyone!! When I first saw what you were doing, my instinct was to run over and make sure you didn't fall but I talked myself into just staying back and watching to see what you would do! You climbed up those steps with no fear, got to the top and then sat down and slid!! You were smiling from ear to ear when you reached the bottom!! Mr. Todd (Whitman's dad) even helped you slide down the BIG twirly slide by yourself!! For the most part, though, you're perfectly content being a "gatherer"...you'll walk around gathering sticks, grass (you'll pull clumps of grass up and carry them around), rocks, or whatever else you can find groups of.....
